This bachelor thesis deals with the use of selected statistical methods for managing inventory at Honeywell Ltd. The thesis is divided into three main parts: theoretical, practical, and proposal. The theoretical section summarizes basic information regarding the possibilities of storage inventory status, characteristics of time series, regression analysis, and inventory management using time series. The practical part focuses on the application of theoretical knowledge and performs calculations in the monitored periods. The proposal section describes suggestions that will help the company improve the current stock situation in the future. Also, it presents a program created in Visual Basic for Applications, which is also an outcome of this thesis.
